Well I am not new to blogging… This will be my separate blog about health and food. I feel I am mixing to many things in my crafty blog. This will be dedicated to what I have ate, what I am eating and how my weight loss journey is going. There may be similar posts although it will be related to FOOD. Who doesn’t like FOOD.
I have to four legged babies. I have Jersey my cat and Dexter my Scottish Terrier. Also my darling hunnie is very patient with all my crafty ideas.

2006 (At University… 140-150lb) – I started to climb due to poor food choices… Mainly large subs or chicken fingers and fries at Midnight from the Commons… Although I did go to the gym on a regular basis!
2007 (180lb) – Lived in my own apartment. Still bad food choices. Off Campus went to the gym less…
2008 (185-190lbs) Still in my own apartment. Better Food Choices although did eat at McDs and eat ALOT. I was very stressed in a bad relationship. No Gym.
2009 (190-200lbs) – Stress eater and very bad choices no gym.
2010 (June 210lb) Highest I have weight. I will not allow myself to weight and more… There will be update photos showing changes!! (Good or Bad)
